January 1, 2009, Altamonte Springs, FL – The Economic Cooperative voted in a new Board of Directors for 2009. The new board is comprised of two founding members and has re-elected Patrick Hartle as President of the Board.

"It is an honor to be re-elected President of the organization’s Board of Directors," states Pat Hartle. "This year’s Board is excited about the growth and development we plan for 2009."

Founded in October 2007 by three initial members, the Economic Cooperative has quickly grown to ten member companies.  The member-run group has plans to grow and the organization’s goals for managed growth will be monitored and facilitated by the new Board of Directors and its members.
